Animal Law, Ethics and Enforcement: Jobs

Why Animal Law & Advocacy?

Animal law and advocacy is a rapidly evolving field that requires knowledge of animal cruelty laws, how to improve those laws, and the myriad of current policy issues with regard to abuse of companion animals, overpopulation, animals in food production, clothing, entertainment, and research.

Students who successfully complete coursework in animal advocacy will have tools for securing gainful employment and a rewarding career helping animals.

The list of jobs included in this portion of the guide is by no means all inclusive, however it provides insight into where the jobs are and the variety of opportunities that await students of animal advocacy.  These organizations will need visionaries, decision makers and leaders to take them into the 21st century with a forward thinking view of animal ethics and protection.
