Google Scholar Search

Google Scholar searches the web for academic books and articles on your topic making it easier to find college level material. Google Scholar may not provide fulltext access. Below are instructions for adding links to Dwight Marvin Library resources to your Google Scholar result list.

How do I access Dwight Marvin Library's licensed articles that I find using Google Scholar?

Before you search Google Scholar, you must select preferences in the settings menu. Once you set and save your preferences, you will be able to link to library resources retrieved with a Google Scholar search.

1. Click Settings on the Google Scholar page.

How to make Google Scholar work for you:

Not everything will be instantly accessible using Google Scholar. Google Scholar includes many citations that link directly to publishers' websites which most will charge a fee for access. With some citation information, you can request access to articles using the library's resource sharing service.
