Think SHARP:
Storytelling - tell the audience a story. Anecdotes and personal experiences help to connect with an audience and make you more relatable.
Humor - keep the audience's attention, but be sparing with jokes, you want the audience to take you seriously.
Analogies - to clarify your topic, compare it with something the audience may be more familiar with.
References - present facts and give credit where credit is due.
Pictures - show don't just tell. Images can enhance your presentation and give the audience a visual reference point.
